At STR Books, we aim to offer transparent, fair, and author-friendly publishing services. Please read our refund policy carefully before making any payment.
Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be considered under the following conditions:
Duplicate or excess payments made unintentionally.
Payments made in error, with proper notification within 3 working days.
Cancellation requests before the initiation of any publishing service (e.g., before ISBN assignment, formatting, or design work).
Non-Refundable Situations
No refund will be processed if:
Any publishing work (design, editing, formatting, ISBN allocation, etc.) has already started.
The book is already under print or distribution.
The cancellation request is raised after 3 days from the payment date without valid reason.
Services were fully delivered as agreed.
Refund Process & Timeline
Refund requests must be submitted via email to admin@str-book.com with proof of payment and reason for refund.
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days.
Refunds will be made through the original mode of payment or as mutually agreed.
Important Notes
In case of disputes, STR Books reserves the right to review each request individually.
All refund requests are subject to verification, and STR Books’ decision will be final.
Transaction and processing charges (if any) may be deducted from the refund amount.
