Refund Policy – STR Books

At STR Books, we aim to offer transparent, fair, and author-friendly publishing services. Please read our refund policy carefully before making any payment.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be considered under the following conditions:

  • Duplicate or excess payments made unintentionally.
  • Payments made in error, with proper notification within 3 working days.
  • Cancellation requests before the initiation of any publishing service (e.g., before ISBN assignment, formatting, or design work).

Non-Refundable Situations

No refund will be processed if:

  • Any publishing work (design, editing, formatting, ISBN allocation, etc.) has already started.
  • The book is already under print or distribution.
  • The cancellation request is raised after 3 days from the payment date without valid reason.
  • Services were fully delivered as agreed.

Refund Process & Timeline

  • Refund requests must be submitted via email to admin@str-book.com with proof of payment and reason for refund.
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days.
  • Refunds will be made through the original mode of payment or as mutually agreed.

Important Notes

  • In case of disputes, STR Books reserves the right to review each request individually.
  • All refund requests are subject to verification, and STR Books’ decision will be final.
  • Transaction and processing charges (if any) may be deducted from the refund amount.
