Refund Policy – STR Books
At STR Books, we aim to offer transparent, fair, and author-friendly publishing services. Please read our refund policy carefully before making any payment.
Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be considered under the following conditions:
- Duplicate or excess payments made unintentionally.
- Payments made in error, with proper notification within 3 working days.
- Cancellation requests before the initiation of any publishing service (e.g., before ISBN assignment, formatting, or design work).
Non-Refundable Situations
No refund will be processed if:
- Any publishing work (design, editing, formatting, ISBN allocation, etc.) has already started.
- The book is already under print or distribution.
- The cancellation request is raised after 3 days from the payment date without valid reason.
- Services were fully delivered as agreed.
Refund Process & Timeline
- Refund requests must be submitted via email to admin@str-book.com with proof of payment and reason for refund.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days.
- Refunds will be made through the original mode of payment or as mutually agreed.
Important Notes
- In case of disputes, STR Books reserves the right to review each request individually.
- All refund requests are subject to verification, and STR Books’ decision will be final.
- Transaction and processing charges (if any) may be deducted from the refund amount.
